WP4: Creation of ICO resources
The implementation of WP4 will start with a study tour to get acquainted with EU HEIs experience on ICOs, their functionality and operations, cultural similarities and differences, communication management with other departments. ICOs will be enhanced both technologically and in terms of capacities of the relevant staff. A WG will be created to develop a concept paper for operationalization of ICOs and service-oriented University centres including the functions, operations and services provided.
The WG will mobilize its efforts to specify the main paths and tools for marketing and promoting internationalisation and attractiveness of Armenian HEIs by developing comprehensive marketing plans for Armenian HEIs.
