WP2: Internationalisation platform

In WP2 a National Platform for internationalisation in HE and online tools for mapping and benchmarking the internationalisation processes will be created. For that the WG consisted of EU and AM partners with MoES’ and ArmENIC’s active participation will develop a set of indicators to measure and compare the performance in HEIs for internationalisation: ASPU will coordinate with all partners the definition of a system of indicators for Internationalisation of Armenian Universities. To define the system of indicators, the contribution of the studies carried out by CHE and IMPI project “Indicators for Mapping and Profiling Internationalisation” will be taken into consideration. As a result, a proposal of indicators will include indicators related to International Education, Research, Innovation, Creativity and Social Contribution. To validate the set of indicators developed the WGs will organize focus-groups in each Partner HEI to get feedback on the developed indicators and refine them: Each institution will organise several focus groups to validate the system of indicators that will finally be grouped by ASPU. WGs will be created to develop short case-studies for further incorporation into the National Platform: Each institution will prepare case-studies on internationalisation based on their own experience which will be shared into the National Platform European partners will share some practices also to motivate and share experiences. Having all the necessary information ASPU will start the development of a website with an integrated National Platform with the set of indicators for internationalisation, case-studies and other useful resources: ASPU will develop the website supported by the MoES in order to offer all the above mention outcomes to all Armenian institutions.
